2.1 The cliënt is obliged to examinenate the delivered products precisely to see if the products answer to the agreement. Slight measure- and color differences of the products shown on the site can occur.
2.2 When the securitysticker, applied to some of the products, was removed, te right to return the product is prohibbited.
2.3 If products do not answer to the agreement, cliënt is obliged to inform Perfetto Sieraden as soon as possible, in any case within seven (7) bussinessdays after the delivery. To avoid missing mail, Perfetto Sieraden needs to be informed when you return a product.
2.4 When Perfetto Sieraden agrees with the returning of the product(s) (earrings may not be returned for hygienic reasons ) the cliënt is obliged to sufficient packaging and postage in the same manner as the receipt (F.E. Registered). Damages that arise through insufficient packaging and/or postage will be at expense of cliënt.
2.5 The returnshipment should be received by Perfetto Sieraden within seven (7) days after the report. When not reported on forehand or if the returnshipment arrives after seven (7) days, Perfetto Sieraden has the right to decline te goods.
2.6 When it has been demonstrated that the products do not answer to the agreement, Perfetto sieraden has the choice to deliver a replacement or give a refund.
2.7 When the cliënt uses the right to return products as mentioned above in 2.6 and Perfetto Sieraden gives a refund, Perfetto Sieraden wil do so within 14 bussinessdays. The refund is the totalamount of the bill, minus postage costs. Postagecosts for te returnshipment are at expense of cliënt, unless otherwise agreed trough written statement or email.
2.8 Postagecosts for returnshipments are always at expense of cliënt.
2.9 Insufficient postaged and unreported returnshipments are not accepted by Perfetto Sieraden.
2.10 Earring cannot be returned, for obvious hygienic reasons.
2.11 Furthermore all Perfetto Sieraden terms & conditions apply.
